Dallas Area Kiosk Manufacturing Company Making Global Strides
Dallas, TX – TELeasy Corporation, a leader in the self-service kiosk industry, is seeing results in its two-year push to excel in the research, design, development and deployment of innovative self service kiosk designs.
“Consumers now are far more receptive to using self service vending kiosks than they ever have been before” says, David Finer, the VP of Marketing for TELeasy Corp.
TELeasy's innovations include a Newspaper kiosk that will instantly print any of 300 daily newspapers from 50 countries in 30 languages. Located in major international airports around the country, the simple-to-use machines prints an exact copy of local street editions on tabloid paper for about $4 per copy.
One of Teleasy's strongest sellers is a DVD vending kiosk which is being shipped worldwide from Teleasy's manufacturing facility in Carrollton, Texas. “While we have competitors in this field, our customers are attracted to us because our systems are stable, feature-rich, compact and cost effective. TELeasy is unique in the kiosk industry because it handles all aspects of kiosk development under one roof, from design and engineering to user-friendly software development and even manufacturing. TELeasy's DVD kiosk models include a drive-through version, an indoor version and a combination sales/rental model. Currently under development are small counter-top and wallmount versions. While acceptance of self-service kiosks is growing rapidly in America, Teleasy has seen its greatest sales growth in Europe, and South America is becoming a significant user as well.
TELeasy's Bill Payment kiosks are revolutionizing cellphone store design nationwide as well, with 600% growth projected for calendar year 2006. In just the last year Teleasy's Bill Payment kiosks have processed close to a million transactions, handling over $50 Million with a greatly lowered cost-per-transaction than is possible for hand-processed payments and tremendously improved accuracy.
TELeasy's music download kiosks, soon to be released, will allow users to walk away with a freshly-burned Music CD containing containing the user's choice of legally downloaded music from a massive international music catalog. Teleasy tackled the job in spite of difficulties with music licensing because of the demand for such services among non-computer literate adults and people without adequate equipment, but new developments that will allow users to instantly download songs to PDAs, MP3 players, cell phones etc, will make the kiosks attractive to younger users as well.
TELeasy's ability to create cutting-edge solutions and fresh approaches to kiosk design is currently fueling development of a new generation of kiosk solutions. "Soon the automation of an increasing number of tasks will benefit consumers in every major industry through better efficiency and accuracy and significantly reduced costs", said a Teleasy spokesman, "And with both hardware and software engineers collaborating in one location, Teleasy is becoming known for its ability to create new kiosk products which are cost-effective, simple to use and reliable. The sky's the limit for growth in this industry and we will continue to play a leadership role" said a company spokesman.
