About Randy Lester - Faron Morris

Mr. Plumber, I would like to let you know what an outstanding Service Tech. Randy Lester is. After enduring the drive through the rain and having his van break down he still showed up with a smile, a hearty welcome and eager to get straight to the problems we were having. Randy is such a pleasure to work with and willing to give advice that could help us diagnose “little problems”. I don’t want to leave out Steven because he tried to get everything corrected on the internet and on the phone with me for several hours. I don’t know how many “ atta-boys” or pats on the back Randy gets, but he is deserving of so much more. I know he really loves his job and it shows in his attitude and workmanship , not counting the number of times he mentioned it during our conversations. You and your company are truly blessed to have such an outstanding employee. As of this morning everything is working great. Thanks again.
